Great coffeemaker

I've used this coffeemaker for several years now and really like being able to enjoy a freshly ground cup of coffee in the morning. Just recently though the carafe broke and I can't seem to find an easy place to get a replacement. Would love to keep using it, but may have to get a different kind.
I would recommend this to a friend!

BEWARE - CARAFE REPLACEMENTS NOT AVAILABLE

Great coffee maker with built in grinder. BUT if you break the carafe you have to buy a whole new system which is a financial and environmental waste. Liked this so much I gave in and bought a whole new CM5000WD coffeemaker to deal with the carafe. Now I would like to give the unused coffeemaker to my brother but no carafe is available. B&D sells all replacement parts EXCEPT the carafe which is the part that would most often break.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Black and Decker Mill & Brew coffeemaker..

and all my Black and Decker kitchen appliances :). Wish it was easier to track down a replacement coffee filter (has developed a hole and is letting grounds into my coffee). Does anyone know where I can purchase one?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this product for about 3 years and it is ,in my estimation ,the best. The only problem is that we broke the carafe pot a week ago and cannot find where to purchase another .can you please help ?? "we need coffee".

Good coffee, carafe broke

Received as a gift last Christmas. Makes great coffee with beans or ground. Sometimes it does leak water on the counter.
This morning the carafe broke and coffee all over the place. Trying to find a replacement part and not having much luck.

so good I bought another for my girlfriend

Have had this machine for nearly 2 years and am very pleased - so pleased that a few months after purchase I bought another for my girlfriend's place!
Unfortunately, I am unable to give it a full 5 stars because of the difficulty I am having finding replacement parts. My bonehead accidentally broke the glass carafe the other week and the only B&D replacement carafe I can find doesn't fit this model. Has anyone had any luck finding a replacement one?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Coffee Maker Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this coffee maker about 8 months ago. Unfortunately I did not register the coffee maker and my husband threw out the box/book which also contained the receipt. The coffee maker is no longer being sold in my hometown so I cannot even look at the floor model to see what I need to order to fix this issue. This morning it will not brew. A small spike has broken off of somewhere. I believe the filter basket where it connects to the other basket but I am not sure. I tried to look up trouble shooting and parts on the computer to no avail. Please help!

Great product, don' break it

I've owned this coffee maker for about a year now and have had no issues to speak of until today. Today, like many others here, I broke my carafe today while cleaning the kitchen and cannot find a replacement anywhere. Help?
