Love it, but no replacement carafe to be found??

I bought this coffeemaker a while ago and LOVE it! However, I accidentally broke the carafe and can’t find a replacement for it. There are replacements for other models, but I can’t find the one for mine anywhere :(

I love my coffee 5000B grind and brew coffee maker. It's actually the second one I've purchasedt but I cracked the carafe this morning. Do you offer a replacement?

A few years later...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features of fresh ground coffee BUT... pot broke and replacement lid did not fit under water release spout so it's a slow brewer unless you hold the spring release up. Leaks water and now counter top is coffee stained. Need a new one and just not sure if we will be getting another B&D?!

No Replacement Carafe Available

I was very happy with this model. However, I broke the carafe and unfortunately there’s no replacement. I bought a universal size carafe but it did not fit. I recommend buying a model with readily available replacement carafes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this coffee pot but...

I have had this coffee pot for almost a year and I absolutely love it but unfortunately the small piece on the removable showerhead that clicks in near the grinder unit broke off recently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brews a great cup of coffee - watch the carafe...

Easy to clean, easy to fill water, easy to program, makes an excellent cup of coffee, and hot too. Overall a win win machine. However be gentle with the carafe. It's quite thin and will shatter super easily, and once it does be prepared to toss the machine in the garbage because a replacement glass carafe is impossible to find, or as much as a whole new machine. I'll be looking at a different brand to replace, sorry to say B&D!
