Great while it lasted

I loved my Mill & Brew! It was so convenient to be able to grind the beans without a separate appliance and made for such fresh, delicious coffee in the morning. Unfortunately my carafe broke and I'm unable to find a replacement for it. I will miss it greatly!

Works great, but can't find replacement parts

We've had this model for several years and have had no problems whatsoever. It works great! However, the carafe broke, and there is no replacement available, as it's on backorder. Who wants to wait weeks (at least) to be able to make coffee? Also, the cost of the replacement is about a third of the cost of an entirely new machine. For that reason alone, I will not buy another one of these models.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic product, hard to replace parts

I've had this coffee maker for almost four years and it's been amazing the whole time. However, I'm currently moving and I broke the carafe unpacking. I can't seem to find a replacement one that will fit this unit anywhere online.

Very Delicate Carafe!

My wife bought me this product several months back. It worked great for the first few times then the carafe cracked while hand washing it!

Looking for a replacement carafe

Hello, my husband bought me this coffee maker 2 years ago and I love it, even when I'm out and about I prefer to go home and make coffee than grab one on the go. Unfortunately our carafe is damaged and I have been looking for a replacement for a while now, how do I order a replacement?

Love but need a replacement grinder/coffee filter

I love our CM5000B, but the grinder/coffee filter has broken and I can’t find a replacement. I have had this coffee maker for a year and I haven’t had any problems with it until now. Can B & D point me in the right direction to get a replacement? I would hate to have to get rid of the whole product just because of the grinder filter.
