Great grinder coffee maker initially

I’ve had this coffee maker for about 1 year and it started to leak on the counter. I looked more closely and saw water leaking out during the brewing process. After removing the tube feeding the basket, I could see the two sealing rings had torn. After looking online, I could not find a replacement part, hopefully B&D will read this and help me out. I can’t give it more than 3 stars after failing so soon.

Need a Replacement Carafe

I have the CM5000WD and cannot seem to find a replacement carafe. I love the coffee maker, and it works great. I see from the other comments that I am not alone and would like to find a way to get another carafe as soon as possible - can't go with my coffee!

love it but I need to buy the glass carafe Pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have it for almost 18 months and I love it, actually I stopped going to Starbucks even loll , Just buy the coffee beans from them and that's it but today the Glass Pot was broken, I have tried here to find the replacement, but I couldn't, can someone tell me where can I buy the glass carafe Pot

it stopped working

This coffemaker deserves 5 stars, but it suddenly broke on me. I have had this coffeemaker for about 1 year and it was fantastic. yesterday, it made a high pitched noise when the coffee was grinding. I cleaned it out, and tried again today. It made that noise again and did not grind the beans. I am so sad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love thisbut have a continuing problem w. leaks

Original coffee pot was replaced because of leaking. It has received daily use over 18 months, but has suddenly developed a severe leak that drains the pot. Can it be repaired?

Leaking Water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this coffee maker for less then 2 year and it started to leak on the counter after 1 year of use. I looked more closely and saw water leaking out during the brewing process. After removing the tube feeding the basket, I could see the two sealing rings had torn. This my second coffee maker with the same issue I have destroyed the first coffee maker to determine the leak, the O rings from the tube feeding basket where torn. After looking online, I could not find a replacement O rings, I have remove the O rings from the first coffee maker feeding tube and replaced on the newer coffee maker feeding tube, the leak stopped. Hopefully B&D will read this and help me out where to get additional O rings for future issues. Thank for help. Replacing for a new coffee maker will nor resovel the leak: two coffee makers with the same issue. We like this unit.

Need new pot

I have two of these one at home and one at work. Love the coffee maker but the lid on the one at work has to have a weight set on it to operate. Kind of annoying but workable. I just broke the pot for the one at home but having trouble finding replacement.
Any ideas?
