Difficulty finding a carafe replacement

We have had this coffeemaker in red and have really enjoyed it for the last 3 years. The carafe broke and it's impossible to find a replacement.

Great coffee maker, carafe is not sturdy

We love this coffee pot and think it works great! The reusable coffee filter is easy to use and great for folks who are trying to reduce their waste. Unfortunately the carafe has a crack in it and we can no longer use it. We never dropped it nor did we bang it on any surface. We actually are not sure how to carafe cracked. We were hoping to buy just a replacement carafe but they are impossible to find.

Great coffee taste!

I have this coffeemaker for over a year and we all have been enjoying our morning coffee. Unfortunately the carafe cracked and it is really difficult to find a replacement here in Canada. Please advise where to go. Thank you.

Great until it stops working

We have loved our coffee maker until it stopped grinding beans. It appears that the mechanism to push down the grind "button" is not working. We cant figure out if the missing piece is on the brew basket or the machine.

Great coffee but a not so great carafe

We’ve had this coffee maker for almost 2 years now and it is one of my favourite coffee makers I own. Unfortunately the lid is held on to the carafe with 2 tiny plastic pegs. After just over a year one of them snapped off, so the lids not so stable anymore. And I’m having a hard time finding a replacement.
Still makes a great pot of coffee though.

Worked well....until it didn’t.

I bought this coffee maker November 2016 and last week the coffee maker stopped working. I use it 2x per weekend so it definitely didn’t stop due to overuse. I’ve tried trouble shooting but no luck. All that happens when I turn the power on is that the power light flashes blue.

Great coffee maker and attached grinder!

But unfortunately the carafe broke and the generic black and decker 12 cup we bought to replace it doesn’t fit properly causing it to leak all over our granite countertops. I’m having a hard time finding an exact replacement. Please let me know where I can find it if possible.

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this coffee maker a year ago, and I have loved waking up to Fresh coffee everyday. About a week ago though it started leaking, and I think it's due to the basket and the grinder piece becoming loose. Also over time the mesh in my basket has a hole so now I get grounds in my coffee. I also can't find any replacement parts for it so I'm sad that I have to buy a new one to replace one part. Other than that it's an amazing coffee maker and I would recommend it
