Great coffee maker and attached grinder!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this coffee maker! But unfortunately the carafe broke and the generic black and decker 12 cup we bought to replace it doesn’t fit properly causing it to leak all over our granite countertops. I’m having a hard time finding an exact replacement. Please let me know where I can find it if possible.

I do not recommend continuing to use your coffee maker with the Black+Decker Replacement Carafe, as it is not compatible with this model. The carafe for your coffee maker is typically available as a replaceable part, however, and I’d be happy to replace your carafe at no cost. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this coffee maker a year ago, and I have loved waking up to Fresh coffee everyday. About a week ago though it started leaking, and I think it's due to the basket and the grinder piece becoming loose. Also over time the mesh in my basket has a hole so now I get grounds in my coffee. I also can't find any replacement parts for it so I'm sad that I have to buy a new one to replace one part. Other than that it's an amazing coffee maker and I would recommend it

We’ve had this coffee maker for several months. We love the grinder and brewer feature but HATE HATE HATE HATE the filter. When this coffee maker dies we will go to another brand just to avoid that gold filter

We bought this product a few months ago and the original filter broke easily and quickly. We have tried to buy a replacement filter but there are not available, I think it is a great product, but there is poor support

Filter/grinder basket needed

I bought this coffee maker over a year ago and it performed excellently until the grinder suddenly broke. I have been unsuccessful in finding a replacement filter/grinder. Can you provide a source where I can purchase one? Thank you.

No replacement parts and messy!

We were happy with this coffee maker until it started to leak all over our counter and now the seam in the counter top has buckled with the water damage. Then, we broke the carafe and cannot find a replacement. We bought the universal one and it didn't fit. We are very frustrated with this product as we don't want to buy a new one already. We use it everyday, but we've only had it for just over a year. Seems a little early to begin breaking down.

Carafe broke

The mill and brew coffee maker makes delicious coffee. I see I’m not the only people be who has had issues with the carafe breaking. I’ve had 2 carafes break now and even if i was able to find a replacement I doubt that I would continue to use this brewer. The last one that broke caused some damage. If there were something available other than a glass carafe such as a thermal carafe I may reconsider but otherwise it’s too dangerous.
