purchased in oct and worked great until 4 weeks ago started to notice clean water leaking from underneath it is getting worse the longer I use it

Great until the carafe broke and cannot replace

My husband loves his freshly ground brewed coffee but I broke the carafe and have searched for a new one only to come up empty. I am disappointed in Black and Decker as the coffee maker is not even a year old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frustrated!

We've had this coffee maker for almost one year and the blinking light began a few weeks after we started using it. It was my first coffee maker with a built in grinder, so I have been really happy with the grinder. What's frustrating is when I have to leave for work at 545am and I go to the kitchen to find the blinking light and no coffee, resulting in yet another cup of weak Keurig coffee. We've started sitting heavy cans on top of the lid to give it enough pressure for the sensor inside to work. Very frustrating!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the coffeemaker but my carafe just broke :(

My wife got me this coffeemaker this past Christmas and I've been loving the product overall. However, my carafe just broke this evening from normal use and the product is only ~6 months old. I've just tried to find a replacement carafe in store and online only to find like many others that the standard carafe (GC3000) does not fit this model and the correct replacement carafe CM5000-01 is discontinued. If you're going to put the CM5000 as the feature product on your website, you really ought to be able to offer buyers easy access to the one part most likely to need replacing. Please help to make this right.

We love our Mill & Brew CM5000B

We have had our Black & Decker since December and love it but unfortunately we broke the carafe recently. I have been trying to find a replacement but cannot locate the correct one. What is the model number for the carafe and where can we order one?

My wife and daughters love this! Since we've had this coffeemaker, they definitely enjoy their coffee. But, unfortunately, while my teenage daughter was cleaning the carafe, she accidentally hit it against the sink, and broke it. We ordered a replacement for it, only to find out that it doesn't fit. Can anyone tell me where I can find a replacement carafe?

brews great coffee....but....

We purchased our mill and brew coffee maker in December and loved having fresh, perfectly brewed coffee to enjoy each morning, however after having for 3 months water began leaking out the bottom, getting into the seem of our counter top and now we are left with a damaged counter top. Also, the light began flashing frequently and when it is grinding beans, occasionally the grinder does not stop and has to be shut off manually...even with regular cleaning these issues have occurred. We are very disappointed overall, as we loved the convenience and fresh taste this machine offered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
