Great Coffee Machine

Great coffee machine, love the "strong" feature to adjust the coffee. The grinder does a great job. However, the carafe had broke and there seems to be no way to replace this specific one. I purchased a "universal" carafe from the store however it does not fit our mill & brew coffeemaker. I think it's because of the "sneak a cup" feature the machine has.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very happy with product...until it started Leaking

I've had this coffee maker for a year now and was very happy with it, even recommended to friends. Suddenly it just started leaking and saw this is a common issue. Now will need to take back my previous recommendations on this product. Any solution for this leaking to be fixed???

Loved it until it stopped working :(

Purchased approx 2 years ago and now the hot plate has stopped working. I noticed several months ago that the light started blinking and the coffee wasn't as hot as it used it be but now it's just cold. Also it won't send all the water through the system to make a full pot of coffee.

Love the coffee....BUT...

We received this coffee maker for Christmas 2015 and it makes great coffee. Unfortunately, it has been leaking for 3 months while coffee is being brewed. It's a mess to clean up the leak each time. I'd prefer to stick with this Black and Decker but not if this can't be corrected.

Loved it until I had to diaper it up every day

I am very frustrated with this coffeemaker. I have to wrap towels around the bottom to keep it from losing about 8 oz of coffee. I think the grinder basket leaks. It has stained my granite counter top.

I like the product but the carafe broke and I am having a very hard time finding a replacement. I don't want to buy a whole new coffee maker just to replace the carafe. I would recommend the product if it weren't for this problem.

Awesome idea but poor quality carafe

We got ours as a wedding gift and loved being able to set it to brew before we even got up. After a few months, though the carafe broke and I can't find a replacement that fits. 12 cup carafes are too tall and 10 cup carafes are too small. We ended up buying a cheap coffeemaker until we can find a new carafe.

We loved using this coffee maker which we got as a gift. After a few months, the carafe broke and we're having difficulty finding a replacement carafe that fits. Some are too tall and some are too short. We ended up using an old coffeemaker until we can find a new carafe.
