Installation very difficult

"Laser-proof" covering nearly impossible to remove. Shouldn't be that difficult...designed for ease of production...disregard for consumer. Hopefully, it will function better than the installation process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working within 2 years of installation

We installed this hood vent and it has stopped working in less than 15 months of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noisy fan

I have never had a dedicated range hood. This unit is quiet, powerful, does a great job, and the slate finish looks awesome.
