I have not used the scan or fax features yet, the copies and printing are very good and I really like the 2 sided feature.

Great AIO printer with easy to use features. I did have to call Tech support for clarification and help on some setup features and they were very good.

we have had this product for 7 months. It is similar to the previous MFC we had. THe issue is this..... we are going thru one toner a month, opposed to one every three months with the older model. We have the same work load. So are you making the machines different, to use more. OR do the toner cartridges have less toner? we only use brother products..... this is a real issue!

Great printer... difficult to network

Love the improvements from an earlier model, nice display, etc, but as with other brother printers (I have 4), they can be tricky to network.
