Quick scanning both sides at once and printing both sides. Fax was easy to set up. Product is great for the money and brother is a trusted company.

Problems with Wifi

I constantly have to turn the printer and/or my computer on and off to re-connect through wi-fi. I have an air book from 2010 so maybe something needs to be updated, not sure. My wife is having less problems with her newer Panasonic but problems nevertheless. I'd appreciate some help on the matter without having to wait on the phone 2 hours.

Bad Purchase

This printer broke down after one year of use. After multiple phone calls and live chats. The printer needed repair service already. After diagnosed from a Brother Authorized service center, the laser on it had already broke. Will not print or make copies. I purchased this product for the reliability of Brother even at full retail price but this one has failed me and has interfered with my business operations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great printing and scanning, etc IF you can get it to interface with your computer. Both internet and hard line connections seem to fail 70% of the time, making lots of turning off and on the printer a chore.
