I love it. It is simple to set up and is fast, economical and has met all expectations.
Because I work in client offices, I have occasion to use a variety of printers and my Brother out performs them all.

Smart Purchase Ever

Just started a new business. Office is small. Needed a fast, compact laser printer that had fax, copy, print, and scan options. Did ALOT of research and found one that fit MY business needs.

Nice Printer

Very nice printer. The Wi-Fi capability allows me to locate it virtually anywhere in my house.
Manual feed works very well and the printer senses and uses it automatically. I use this for printing labels and it does not jam like my old printer.
The reason I bought this printer was for two-sided printing and it works great.
Only weakness is the included OCR. It is o.k., but not as good as OCR included with my other printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best printer purchase I've ever made. Most dependable workhorse printer we've ever used. Scanner is always spot-on, no jamming or issues that I had with my previous HP - and laser toner lasts forever!

Not for Fax to PDF - at all

Despite this units predecessor doing a decent job of fax to PDF, this unit fails miserably in this function. However, to be fair, the Print & Scan work flawlessly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works OK Needs Some Improvements to be Top Notch

So far this unit works well.
Two problems -
1) Paper does not want to pull through the scanner straight. Seems to always result with slightly skewed scans.
2) The fax interface with an existing phone system in my home does not work as well as my old HP Fax which allowed for much more flexibility using answering machines and hooking up phones.
