Worked great initially

We have owned this printer for over 3 years and it worked great for the initial period. But then we started getting drum needs replacing message and it stopped printing. We replaced the drum and it worked for two weeks and it stopped printing due to the same message. I just received the same msg and now it is telling me the toner needs replacing...the toner is brand new and filled and it still won't print despite a full toner cartridge. Certainly better than HP's high cost, but the low value sensor system is making me rethink value printing.

Brother strongly recommends that you use only genuine Brother drum units and/or toner cartridges. Great machine- very quick

I have found that this machine is very quick and is well setup for use by others without lots of instruction. It was not the easiest to setup originally, but everything worked great once completed. I use it wireless and it appears to be quite low on consuming toner. Quality is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The printer is great with 2 exceptions. The first page time, even when the machine is warm , is significantly slower than the MFC 7860DW. Further, the scanner frequently jams on the 1st page of scanning when there are only a few sheets to scan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Another Great Brother Printer

This printer replaced my Brother HL1440. Wanted a multi function laser and this printer is just what I needed. Easy setup and small learning curve.

GREAT PURCHASE

I love this machine. It is compact and quiet and fast...that is all I asked for. I don't regret buying this at all HOWEVER; I have a small business and when I print I do it all at once and the machine keeps going offline. I realize this is not the machines fault but mine I just don't know what to do to keep it from doing that. I would still give it five stars!

I purchased this All-in-one to expedite my scanning into pdf format; however, I have been unable to use that feature as the CC4 does not work. It maybe because I am using Windows 10 OS. Disappointing, as this is the only reason I purchased this model. Everything else on this model works great. Love having the document feeder option in my office for copies instead of going to our other office copier.
I would recommend this to a friend!
