Excellent print and two-side copy and scan quality; choice of 1-2 sides, 2-2 sides, and 2-1 side selections for both is a great time saver; only thing I would suggest adding to features is an audible alert that paper tray is empty

This printer is good, with a variety of features like duplexing, that have not dissapointed. The consumables are affordable in comparing to other b/w printers and the scan / fax document features function flawlessly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

no wasting ink

problem setting up. called brother service. took call fast and took care of problem. ink is lasting a long time, and no wasting ink to clean heads. still not sure if i should have gone with color, but not a problem as of yet.

I absolutely love my new Brother printer/copier etc. It works so well. I especially like the wireless feature. It has helped me with my personal business as well as for a job I have with a National Company. I highly recommend this to anyone lokking for a printer/copier!

Best buy I ever made. The Brother MFC L2740DW was easy to install and it works great It will pay for its self soon It is so much better than a inkjet.... LOVE IT

This is my second Brother printer. It works well and creates very clean copies. No problems and the toner cartridge is a snap to change. Printing from my IPads (Air, Air 2 and Pro) is flawless.

Prints great and fast!

Purchased this product when my hp all in one went kaput. I've always heard good things about brother and decided to give it a try. It prints great. But I have had a hard time getting copies to come out centered, so I have been using the feed tray primarily. I also, was disappointed with the software that it came with for use with the scanning component of the machine. Ironically, that was the one thing that still worked on the ole' HP that I was trying to replace. So I kept the HP for scanning, because I preferred the hp scanning software over brother. Had I known this I don't know if I would have made this purchase. Though I do like the laser jet component of the machine since I don't plan on making ink purchases as much as I was anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
