Easy to set up...instructions work perfectly...output looks beautiful.
Bought for my wife's home office...she has no problems using it...5 stars for that!

This is by far one of the better printers I have. Always reliable with cordless wi-fi printing. The app is good and prints quality every time. I'm happy with this printer.

This is the third Brother all in one I have purchased and am very pleased with it. The only issue with this unit and it is the same with my mfc9560cdw is that it can not be configured to be connected ethernet (for my pc) and wireless at the same time. I have talked with two techs at Brother and they have confirmed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fab lil workhorse/ outstanding customer support

This all in one is a great little machine. It was simple to install and have running. The print is clear and clean, and I especially appreciate the automatic feed. Scanning is simple. The best part of purchasing a Brother machine is their support. Literally years after purchasing my first Brother all in one, customer service was still helpful when I ran into a minor issue. This is a great distinction for this brand. Frankly, given a choice, Brother is my go to brand for office machines.

Beware of envelope printing!

I don't like it. It has an insane way to print envelopes. Will be looking for another MFC asap. Used to own a Brother MFC-8840DN that did everything I needed but was way too big and bulky. I needed something just as good but with a smaller footprint. Brother is a fine company. Do you have any suggestions?

paper cartridge defective again

Just bought this printer last fall and already machine thinks it is out of paper on a daily basis. I have to open and close the paper cartridge about 10 times to get it to think it has paper when it had paper the entire time. So annoying. probably done buyiong brother products because this always happens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
