It looks big but takes up the same space as the little one it replaced. a little noisy but a printer does not operate continuously so that is no problem. Fast and crisp clean output. Easy set-up.

This is by far the very TOP BEST printer, period! The WiFi works great, the menu is easy to read and user-friendly. It scans and prints flawlessly.
Above all, their NO FEE customer service for life means I will FOREVER use a BROTHER printer.

Frustrating every time I need to print

I have completely set this up approximately 10 times, with it successfully printing at the end of that setup. The next time I would print, I would need to set it up again. The interface is not user friendly, and Google print is another frustration in itself. Google print setup leads you to Brother's website, and the Brother website leads you to Google. A circle with no answers.
Calls into tech support have not resolved these issues.

simple to use

I have found my new printer to be easy to use. The instruction book does a good job of explaining how to set up the copy/print/scan capabilities. I really like to be able to make 2-sided copies.

I purchased this printer after easily connecting with a friend's unit. However despite working with customer service and my cell phone company I am still unable to connect through Wi-Fi. I wish I hadn't purchased this unit.
