Fantastic Features

We have been using our Brothers printer and find the quality of printing to be excellent! We also like the features of copying, scanning, and faxing. It is quiet and quick!

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS WHEN YOU DO YOUR COMPUTER UPDATES THE PRINTER DRIVER DELETES IT SELF. THIS HAPPENS ONCE A MONTH. IT HAS HAPPEN TO ME MONTHLY. IT TAKES AWHILE TO RE-DO IT INCLUDING THE WI-FI.

Good printer and scanner; very fast. (I don't use the fax); was really hard to set up on wi-fi. Eventually got it done but took a long while.

Good, dependable printer

I've been using this printer for a few months now and it has been working as expected. It's a nice looking, wireless printer that was easy to setup on my desktop and my wife's laptop. With this multi-use printer I was able to get rid of an outdated, aging printer that I was keeping just for scanning purposes. Coming from inkjet printers, this laser printer produces outstanding print quality.

This is my 3rd Brother MFC. I bought this one for my second office. It works well and I am very pleased with my purchase. I have not used the fax feature. My only complaint is that after I looked up how to scan double sided documents it was not straight forward enough that I could remember how to do it without looking it up again. That might just be my memory though. The directions on how to scan double sided documents were easy enough to follow when I looked them up. Overall I am very satisfied and would purchase another one if I needed it.
