Excellent printer but printing envelopes is a real pain and often doesn't work. Other than that I love it.

Using it as a printer/copier at our church. Able to handle all jobs presented from weekly bulletins to quarterly financial reports to music for the worship team.

Better than my last Brother multifunctional machine, except cannot get this one to function with my downstairs answering machine, which is on the same telephone line. When you have the distinctive ring feature switched on you cannot select fax/telephone mode. Somewhat disappointing.

Not an ink hog.

Threw out my color inkjet printer as I was so tired of having to buy this color ink or that. A black ink laser is so much more economical and good for most printing jobs. Quality is good, never a problem. Copy/scan/fax simple and a great thing to have at home. I am getting a second one for my business.
