Fast Printing, Good Quality

When we need to print a document, the printer responds very quickly - many times the documents are printed before we can pick them up from printer. Produces good quality prints. Also, the introductory toner lasted a month or two. This is my favorite printer we've owned.

Good but small on memory

Printer works very well, meets all my needs....BUT...I'm a little disappointed in the apparently small amount of memory. What I consider to be small print jobs (40 to 60 pages of mostly text) are interrupted by an out of memory error. Most of what I print is less...so it's more of an irritation than a huge problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer

I have 3 brother printers in the office. I purchased this for the home office. It's fast and print quality is great. When it starts to print, it is really loud. That is the only complaint. Other than that, I love brother printers.

Good with some issues

I have been pretty happy with this machine however hooking it up and getting everthing to work properly has been difficult. I'm still having problems with the scanner. But other than that it work an preforms really well.

Not that intuitive to scan

I find the general printing and copying easy enough, but following the directions online to scan was not really that easy. You should rewrite the directions or retire the design so it doesn't have so many unclear online steps first

It does 2 sided copies which I love. The refill cartrages could have more ink. That is a disappointment.
