Easy setup

Thank goodness we had the product replacement as this is the 2nd printer we had to replace as the two we had just died. However this printer is very easy to use.

Great printer

For years I used an inkjuet printer and always had problems with the ink dryng out, bad printheads, etc. No problems at all with ths printer. It's always ready, never loses the wifi connection like my old oe, and never has any ink issues. I love it. Still have to figure out the FAX feature, but all the other features work flawlessly. Would recommend this everyone.

Unit meets all of my expectations. I am a recreational home user with not a big demand, and this unit does everything I need. The quality is excellent and ease of use is great.

Almost Perfect

This printer is fast and reliable. The only drawback is that the space where printed pages collect is very small. There is no tray to pull out. The pages back up quickly and end up on the floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer is working fine. The utilities button is not convenient to use. There should be more software capability ( to download) in order to handle most issues without having to go online for solutions.

Good for what I need

This is a good copier/printer/scanner and fax machine. My only complaint would be that the ink cartridge needs to last longer.
