The second time I used this printer it missed the top portion of the statement I was printing. The density of color is poor as well, very faint on the page.

I use this machine to print, copy, and fax. It is the cornerstone of my small business. My only complaint is that when I copy, it has a heavy black line that should not be there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No pop up screen

There is no pop up screen that can tilt. The slight tilt of the panel is not good enough.
Even if you open the back door when printing envelopes, the heat warps the envelopes out of shape.

manual feeds stick 50% of the time

I like that it scans to text, but constantly get irritated that it constantly believes it is jammed when it is not if I'm trying to print an envelope or other manual feed item, like labels.
