Great features, some bugs

This machine has all the features I need - 2-sided scanning/copying, etc. - and generally functions well. I had to have my first machine replaced, however, due to a recurring error message. The second machine seems to be just fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have had it about 4 months in our small LAN. Brother seems to be doing a good job with software, especially for this unit connected by ethernet. Scanning has been easy.

No ink cartages to dry out. No waste of color inks. Lots of printing for low cost. Works like a champ. What more do you need from a work horse?

I love the fact that my iPad and Laptop in wireless mode can talk to either my main home or summer home printers without any additional work to set up when I move back and forth. Ink doesn't dry up on me sitting idle for months. Just great

Solid Printer Copier

I do not use the fax feature but the copier and scanner features are excellent. The only issue I have is that sometimes the scanner feature has to reset and the small plastic piece that catches the original copies after they feed broke easily. Overall it was a great purchase

Very happy I purchased this printer for our busy Dr's office!
Great purchase price.
Excellent ease of use, we go through toner every two weeks, this is much more cost effective than our previous HP.
