This printer has amazing features like duplex printing, wireless network printer connection, copying, faxing...etc. a powerful printer and the toner is very reasonably priced!

This is my second Brother printer for a reason, it works very well! My first worked for more than 9 years. This new one is easy to set up, more compact and lighter. Positive points to me. Plus it is wireless. Had it up an running in no time.

Pros: Nice text quality. Good scans. Setup was spot on.
Cons (Minor): Could produce first page quicker. Scan software could use some work... it insists on adding some "unwanted" numbers to the scanned document names I put in.
Recommendation: I'm happy with it and would buy it again!

Great printer just missing one thing

Have had no issues using this printer or setting it up. One feature we would have liked is a usb port to be able to save to or print documents off of.

MFC-L2700 Series, A Technical Leap Forward

I have used nothing but Brother laser printers for the last 20 years because they were built like tanks and always worked. Having said, the connectivity of wireless machines was archaic, slow to advance, and difficult to use. A big advance in connectivity came with the era of the HL-2280DW, however the real advance came with MFC-L2740DW with its touch screen. Now, the Brother machine is truly state-of-the-art with its ease of connection, speedy printing, and great print quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A dream to use!

I love this printer! I enjoy the wireless feature that allows it to sit across the room and not on my desk. It copies & prints really fast. And my documents are always crisp and clear. And even the faxes that come in look as if I had made a copy and not a messy looking fax.
Best thing I love is the digital buttons. I'm a "germaphobe" and I can clean it and not worry about gunk getting down in any of the keys/buttons.

MAJOR ISSUES

This is my fourth one in about 3 months, same issues constantly getting jammed, not made to be used heavy would not refer this product to anyone else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
