Better than HP

This Brother machine was purchased to replace a recently purchased HP multi-function machine that had been replaced because inoperable, \. The replacement was returned because the scan function had not been updated to the latest mac system. However, the Brother machine was a bit harder to set up for faxes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just what I needed

I am very pleased with my decision to purchase this printer. No more "yellow is out I can't print with black anymore". This mono laserjet printer fits my printing needs and has been trouble free. I have wireless linked my work laptop so I can print what I need when working from my home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Small office/home all-in-one monochrome printer

Very nice scanner/copier/printer/fax with two-sided printing in monochrome. The scanner produces very nice color renditions which can be printed on my Brother color laser printer. Toner costs are reasonable and the cartridges seem to be quite long-lasting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to setup and use

Great product. My previous printer was also a Brother MFC and has been going strong for 10 years. However, it was an inkjet, and I needed a Laser for business use. Print quality is great. Double sided scanning and printing are wonderful features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Features

overall, it works great and prints quickly. Nice 2 sides printing and scanning. Only draw back is that the ink cartridges are small and have to be changed often. I print tons of documents daily but my last printer had a much bigger cartridge and I miss it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
