Constantly loses WIFI connection

I chose this model for the 2-sided scanning and printing, and those features have been wonderful. However, when set up for WIFI, the unit regularly loses connection to my devices. I've found numerous proposed solutions to this problem on the internet, but none have worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great all in one device

I have used my printer for over a year. I have been pleased with the many features - I have used them all (fax, scan, print, and copy) with ease. I was encouraged to purchase this particular brand and model laser printer. I always assumed laser printers were too expensive. This print is easy to use, reliable, and cost effective.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Connectivity issues

I have had issues with this printer from the start. Hard to follow instructions, long, drawn-out installation process, unworkable drivers, and malfunctioning connections. I had to reinstall this program several times, and I always come back with the same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have spent several hours on the phone with your service help and still cannot get it to work. I have the same model at home and it works fine.

Great laser printer

So far so good; easy set up, prints beautifully from my desktop or phone. Scan feature works well.... only negative is that I can't get it to print

Good Printer

I've had the printer for a couple of months. The setup was straightforward, and print and scan quality are very good. Faxing has been easy. The user interface is good, but the combination of physical buttons and touch screen sometimes confuse me. I'm hoping that the ADF lasts longer than other brands I've had.

Love the 2 sided printing

This is my first B&W printer I have ever bought. I do not miss one bit the color printers I have gone through in the past. I save on Ink costs, plus there are fewer issues with the product. I am a happy customer. I will be using Brother products from now on.

Fast, Two-sided, great print quality

I really love this printer. Set-up was easy including the wi-fi part that I was worried about. To hear the remote print start from sitting on the couch is awesome. Also, I love having 2-sided printing at home after getting used to it at the office ... cuts my opaper usage way down. Finally per-page printing/ink costs are very reasonable. I feel like I have finally moved up to professional printing at home ... No more ink-jets for me.
