If I could print envelopes without creases in the envelope without going through a hassle, I would give it an "excellent".

Exactly what we were looking for!

We needed a black and white printer that had the scan, copy features...tired of the high cost of color cartridges - that didn't last very long! We've had this product for a few months now and we are still on the trial cartridge that came with the printer. It was quick and easy to set up...haven't explored all the features yet...but very happy we purchased this item!

Easy setup, easy to use all of the features. It prints, scans, copies quickly and clearly. I had one issue though-every time I turned the printer "off", when I tried to turn it "on" the printer would be offline. The only way I could get it back online was to reinput it's ISP and never turn off the printer. Problem solved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I enjoy the 2-sided print option and use it often. Also, I can print from my phone or iPad.
I'm glad I purchased this printer and so far I have no complaints.

Excellent printer for price

I bought this printer 2 months back . It's a excellent product except that when u have to receive faxes on your computer instead of the printer than its little complicated. I am not able to fix yet . Rest is fine.
