I've only had this for a few months but don't like it much. It has been telling me for days that I need to replace the toner cartridge but continues to print great.

Great for a small business.

All the features are nice to have in one piece of equipment. The toner goes fast and is not cheap. The fax-computer is complicated and takes time to receive faxes. Fax documents are placed in two separate files making it a bit cumbersome, but once you figure it out the program is serviceable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far i am very pleased with my new brother machine. I am very pleased and very glad that the sales person at best buy reccommed it!

I absolutely hate this printer!!! It will not stay online and has caused our office so much grief. You have to connect this printer and set up every time you let it sit for any extended time say an hour.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install and use

I had another multi function printer and had nothing but isssues from just simple use to constant jams. I have had this printer for two months and haven't had a concern yet. i am glad I made the decision to switch.
