Trouble staying connected

I have trouble shooter this printer/scanner several times and it still does not scan directly from the unit. Now in my remote desktop it will only print double sided can not turn this feature off in the remote desktop. I also paid for a consult with my IT department and still no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard working

Great hard working printer for my home office. I do a lot of printing and scanning and this machine works great for me. Copies are clean and crisp. Having a fax machine available when I need one is a great plus too. Replacing toner and drum is simple but resetting the system to zero is not. It's difficult to remember all the steps and I usually end up calling tech support again for help. All-in-one makes it a great space saver for my small office.

Trouble Free So Far

I've had my printer several months and do far so good. I had no issues setting it up and the feeder is working fine. I particularly like duplex scanning, copying, and printing capabilities. Printing wirelessly from my Android phone is too slow do I connect to my laptop to print.

Mostly a good machine

This printer scanner fax there is a quiet, efficient machine. Sometimes, however, it has trouble connecting to my scanner aspect of my laptop and many times the machine signals a paper jam where there is no such jam when I am trying to print an envelope from stamps.com. Other than that, I am generally satisfied with this product.

The automatic feed for scanning documents provides skewed scans. The only way I'm able to get correctly scanned documents is by scanning them one page at a time on the glass plate. Same for automatic feed for multiple copies.

As expected after a internet shutdown etc the need to wirelessly connectm to my Brother printer was "professionally supported b over telcon with Brother..Thank you for your excellent & patient support....
