The only problem is the paper tray the piece on the bottom keeps popping off so I Have to tape tray

drum Issue

we have 8 of these printers. one of them was only in use for 4 months and it quit working with a Bad Drum. Up until that point, I thought it was a great printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I cannot imagine my work, or actually my life at the moment, without this great product. The only problem with my Brother machine is me. I never read the updates or the manuals..still hunt and peck...which does run into some problems when I don't get right back to the display on my computer to send the scanned item to myself so I don't "lose" it in my not understanding where it goes if I don't capture it. Like my phone, this product is so much smarter than I am I just have to catch up so I get even more out of it. Meantime it is making me look as smart as it is.. I LOVE this machine!!!

I am still learning, but so far I like it very much. I also like its size. However, I need to copy a double sided letter directly to E-mail, how can I do that?
