What a great printer!

I love everything about this printer: ease of setup, fast quiet operation, excellent features that we are still learning about. This is my first Brother printer after being an HP guy and I dont think I’ll ever go back. Another plus is very reasonably priced refill toner cartridges!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too many functions on this printer

I don’t like the way the single sheet function is on the back of the printer instead of the side which makes me move the printer when I want to use this function. Also the paper output is to small for my big old hands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great except printing envelopes

Making it better

The printer generally works well. However, it see,s to have some problems with rediscovering a wifi signal sometimes. The envelope feeder is cumbersome as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After a few months, the automatic scanner gave me problems. I have had many MFC Brother units in the past & they have held up much better. Looking at other brands at this point.

An Inexpensive All-in-One Printer/Copier/Fax

Excellent features and speed for an affordable all-in-one machine. Print quality is excellent and the on-machine digital menu is easy to read and follow for the results desired. The only suggestion I would make is a paper level monitor, much like the electronic ink (cartridge) monitor.
I would recommend this to a friend!
