After having my last washing machine for only 5 years, I couldn't wait to get rid of it. I am so happy that I did. I am already very happy with my LG washer. From the cute chimes when it starts to the lid that locks while in use, it is an amazing product. The only thing that could be better is the spin cycle. I think the items are sometimes a little too wet when the cycle is done. Sometimes, I do have to run a second spin cycle
(which I can). Some loads only give you the option to spin at a certain speed. But, this is a minor issue and not one that would deter me from puchasing another LG product in the future.

Love the Turbowash!

This washer does a great job cleaning the clothes using the turbowash feature. The other features are easy to use and the capacity can really save loads. All features do a great job! Just be sure that you have a dryer that is big enough to dry a full load. My dryer is a bit smaller so I normally will not do a full load, but it still holds more than my old washer!

Love this Washer! I can wash a ton of towels, heavy rugs and it doesn't jump across the room. It does a great job spinning so drying time is reduced. I like the clear top. Doesn't require a lot of water which takes a minute to get used to. Very happy with this Washer makes my life easier. Highly recommend.

I am extremely pleased with this washer. I have had it a few months now. It is extremely efficient. It is not loud at all. The features are great. The only thing I don't like is the child lock. I haven't figured out if I can turn it off yet. I would definitely recommend this product!

Very happy with our purchase

We do a lot of laundry with 2 college kids and 2 high school kids all home for the summer. We love the size. We had an LG front load washer that we really liked, but it went on the fritz after 8 years of use. We still hope to get it working, but we saw the topload without the agitator and trusted the LG brand. The options are great. Just remember to slide the detergent/softener drawer shut before you start. We actually prefer the topload. As we get older, it's easier to reach in from the top than to squat down and pull clothes out from the front. Does a great job getting clothes clean. Great purchase.
