We're new to LG products, but so far we are really glad we chose an LG appliance. Based on consumer's reports, JD Power, and the general style of the appliances, we selected LG.

This model has any features you could think of. It literally does just about everything. If I had to give it a con it would be that it's not a combo unit (washer/dryer combo).

It's a nice system and high energy efficient. I never enjoyed watching the washer machine washed clothes before but this one. Because I can see its action from the glass top. Awesome!

My wife can get laundry done once a week in one load for our kids now instead of twice a week, and the different cycles make it very easy for me to use as well.

It's simple enough for our kids to use yet has the features we need for any and every laundry need we have. We LOVE the open tub feature making it possible to wash pillows and blankets with ease. The balancing is awesome! The customization options are great! Thank you LG.....Life Is Good in the washing department.
