Great Washing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After encountering an initial problem with a recurring error code that did not seem to be related to anything in particular, the machine has performed flawlessly. We really like the feature of being able to have the status of the machine transmitted via smart phone so customer service reps can help diagnose problems and suggest solutions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a month since we installed this washer and we have been very happy with it. Clothes are coming out clean, it's nearly silent while it runs, and it is a vast improvement over our old 1996 agitator in general.
