Oh so quiet!

great features but does not clean well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] there are a lot of wonderful options and settings, but i noticed that my clothes were not getting as clean as they should. now i have to make sure the setting is on "heavily soiled" so that they will get cleaned properly, even if they are not heavily soiled. i love the capacity. i am able to wash comforters and heavy blankets with ease. however, i wish that there was a heavier duty finish as the plastic parts scare me a little when thinking about longevity.
