Energy Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this appliance Sept 2016 and instantly fell in love with how efficient it is. Clothes come out nearly dry which means my LG dryer is using shorter cycles to dry. I had an issue with an uneven code a few weeks ago. LG customer service responded quickly, providing contact information for a local repair service who resolved the issue (a sock snuck its way outside the tub!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the size but it just isn't that great of a washer really. Clothes don't seem to get as clean. I will get a front loader next time or I will go back to a traditional washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Washer with Great Features!

Best feature is the extra water level

And they truly gives me the option of adding extra water is so wonderful. I have been using automatic washers for the last 50 years And I have enjoyed this washer and its features more than any other one I have ever owned.

Still lovin' it / Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many people write reviews right after they purchase something & there's no track record. I've had my washer for about a year now. I really like the capacity (it is really deep though, so if you are height challenged, you may need a step stool to reach the bottom). It has always done a good job of cleaning our clothes. I like the features. Some of those include allowing me add clothes to the load after it has started, run a "spin only" cycle, running a "quick" cycle, adding extra water to the load, it has a helpful tone that sounds when the load is done. After it senses the load, the timer will show you how long the load will take. If I want to work in the yard or run a quick errand, I can set a timer on my phone so i know when to check it. It has many combinations & options. Another plus I discovered one day was that I can set the load up to start at a later time - great for when I needed to do laundry & be at a soccer game at the same time. I wanted the load finished when I returned, but not sitting there for an hour getting wrinkly. I was able to set it up to start after I left & finish a few minutes after we returned to I could get the clothes out right at the end of the load. I would recommend this washer to others.
