Gentle on our laundry!

This is my first HE washing machine. The biggest plus is that clothing does not pill compared to agitator
washing. This machine handles a big load. Very happy with this model. The window in the lid is great for peeking at what is going on at anytime during a cycle. BUT the lid is so big I had to pull the machine out from the wall so as to not hit overhead cabinets. Be sure you check your location at home before buying.

This machine is worth the purchase

I had a front loader which lasted a whole 6 years. Not only did it rust down the side, it took almost a hour to do a load. With the new machine and the turbo wash feature, it now takes 35 minutes or less. And, with 5+ loads a day, this really makes a huge difference. Plus, I don't have to leave the door open to avoid the mildew smell. PS It does an awesome job cleaning the clothes!

This washer is the bomb!!

First, I switched from a front load washer to a top load, best thing ever! Top loads get that funky smell after a day or so (even after doing the once a month machine clean). I never felt like my clothes, towels, sheets were clean!
Wasn't sure how well the LG would clean without the full agitator...well, it cleans all my laundry great! I was also concerned about the out of balance issue that I read about on other brands. No problems here...I've wash really large loads and the machine balanced the load without any help...amazing!!
The only two things I don't like are; you can't change the pre-programmed settings (i.e. delicate & wool cycles, can't turn off the fabric softener), and it's a little loud.
LIFE IS GOOD, with my new LG!!

I love my new LG top load washing machine... Only problem I have is I am 5 1/2. So I can not touch the bottom of the washer tub... Problem solved I just a set of BBQ utilities.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, i like the controls in front

The first time I put what I always considered a "regular" size load in I was amazed at how empty the tub still looked. Not to worry, it will adjust itself to the load so in this case size doesn't matter. It works great for washing comforters and other bedding items. The controls are easy and I like how the soap dispenser works on the top so that it is evenly distributed out when the tub fills. I changed from a front load to the top load and am very happy with it.

Great Washer

Had this washer for two months and am very happy with the purchase. This washer is virtually silent when in use and cleans very well. Large size has reduced the amount of loads we have to do.
Be sure to read all the specs for use initially, as it's a bit more complicated to get the hang of compared to a standard manual washer. We keep the user manual in the laundry room for occasional reference and special washes.
Only had the machine get unbalanced once and had to restart cycle following the directions.

Best Washer Ever

This washer does a superb job of cleaning the clothes using the turbowash feature with cold water. We have saved $20.00 a month on our gas bill by washing with only cold water and the clothes come out just as clean as when we washed using hot water. All other features are easy to use and the capacity cuts my old load sizes and wash times in half.

We were limited to the size of the washer and dryer because of a small laundry room with a door that opened to the garage and the depth of the area it would fit in.
I couldn't do lots of research because of the size limitations, not a lot of choices were available. But I have to say, this washer has surpassed my expectations! I love it, and I love the clear lid. Silly, but I do. It works great and even the bulkiest bedding gets clean. I chose LG because I understand it's a great product. I'm not disappointed!
