Unfortunate purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are not happy with our washer because it is too deep for me to comfortably remove the clothes. Also, I miss the agitator action. I feel we got better cleaning results with an agitator. We're sorry we bought it.

I do not have a negative thing to say regarding either, as both are great appliances, although a bit pricey. Will I purchase the LG brand again..., heck yes! And, I hope to get many more years of service in both.

We've found that the large capacity cuts down on the number of loads that need to be washed. It's efficient use of water for each load helps us save money on our water bill. We even enjoy it's timer song.

If I am washing delicates, there is a delicate cycle that runs 1hr 40 minutes. What, I have other wash. That’s 2 hrs of electricity

We have had this washer for 4 1/2 years and love it! Do between 3-5 loads a week. We have had no issues. Even washes my kingsize bedspreads (not thick ones) with no problems. Love all the small bells and whistles. Would definitely buy again and recommend it highly. Love this turbo washer...cleans clothes well.
