[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this machine since 2015. I love the large, deep capacity drum that allows me to wash my queen size bedspread, saving a trip to the laundromat. In all that time, I think the machine became unbalanced only once or twice. The downside to the extra deep tub is that at 5"4", I sometimes have to stand on tiptoe to reach small clothing items at the bottom of the tub. The control panel is simple to use and I like the glass in the lid so I can check on the load while it is washing. I feel most of the preprogrammed cycles don't use enough water to get the load clean, so I always use the option of adding additional water to the wash cycle. I also like being able to have a second rinse for certain items. I wish the end of cycle ringtone was different than the LG dryer. This would often same me a trip downstairs, thinking the washer is finished when it is actually the dryer. Overall, I like this washer very much and would recommend it to friends and family.
