Very Dissatisfied

Purchased this microwave in September 2012. The unit has been used a few times a week since it was installed. Thirteen months after purchased the microwave quit working. Very unhappy that I need to replace the unit after a little over a year and only one month after the warranty expired. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MICROWAVE!

I was replacing an older model and got this because from the pictures it looked to most similar. Buttons are in the wrong place and curved front is ridiculous making getting to the stove harder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave

I really like the look and features of this unit. I selected this model based on the excellent rating from a leading consumer magazine. Best value and performance for the price paid. One drawback is it is lower power rating than my previous GE counter top unit - 950 watt vs. 1100 watt. Longer cooking time required on most items but takes care of > 95% of my needs. Easily installed by myself and quieter than most over range microwaves (venting fan noise).
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had 2 of these and both Quit working! One was in my new home and lasted 10 years, and I replaced it with another, It only lasted 2 years
