Works great. Freezer drawer seems a little flimsy compared to the two doors above. Just have to be careful - no rough handling. Two suggested improvements: Nothing in the setup literature says that the water filter must be installed. The refrigerator came with a boxed water filter, but the box said "replacement" - nice touch I thought, giving us a replacement for 6 mos ahead. We ran the water/ice dispenser without the filter for a couple of months before I finally checked on it. Second suggestion, the freezer drawer was not shut tight and some of the food started to thaw out. The alarm was not sounding. I guess it gave up after a while. Default option should be all critical alarms keep sounding - loud, obnoxious, and continuously - until problem is resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fridge 3 months ago. It's a nice fridge, holds alot of produce, love the crushed and cubed ice options. Freezer is also nice and roomy. Here are the cons. Ice maker is not big and when it's full the ice not being used will keep being dispensed into a basket in the freezer which I dont like. The produce holder on the right can not be completely removed for cleaning unless you remove the door in door part of the fridge door, which is a hassle and a little difficult to remove. Lastly the fridge is fingerprint resistant however and drops of water from the dispenser makes spots. It gets dirty pretty fast. I have to always wipe it with stainless steel cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator at the end June. The ice maker quit working and the refrigerator started leaking. Hoping my floors don’t get ruined prior to it being fixed. After two weeks of trying to get a repair man out, we found out the water valve isn’t properly dispensing water. That can’t be fixed for another two weeks. Hopefully once it is, everything will be good. On a positive, the refrigerator is super spacious, very nice features and we have enjoyed it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like I was saying, bought it 2.5 years ago and it stopped working. Sounds like it's running but no cold air. Lucky I still had my old one. No extended warranty so that's it for me. All my appliances are LG; hope they hold up. Hate to haul what looks like a brand new fridge to the dump.

Quite Noisy at Times

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several months I have noticed this refrigerator is quite noisy at time. The noises have nothing to do with Ice/Water, but seem to be the compressor or something similar. I like the unit, but the noises are very distracting.
