Thank you for that information, Because we've had issues with the craft ice balls not ejecting properly LG has released a software update for those units with a craft icemaker. You can also try the following troubleshooting steps showcased in this video

The main thing the software update does is it extends the heater time which now loosens the ice balls from the mold and allows them to drop. Once that happens your icemaker will begin back on its regular cycle of making ice. If these steps don't work, you can always reach back out to us for further assistance.
