Five year old refrigerator and had to replace the compressor when it was 3 years old then, New internal water dispenser valve 24 months later. Now at five years old a new condenser. I’ve spent more money in repairs than what I paid for the refrigerator.

Can't believe this happen

after only 18 months my freezer is not working. Very sad especially the money i paid for this unit it should not be doing this.

Investment Worthy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 2 months ago with matching stove and microwave. We continue to appreciate all of the research and development that went into it's production. Besides the artistic beauty of it's design, it is the function and utility that make this TRULY a GREAT value. My wife loves the amount of lighting inside of the refrigerator. The door-in-a-door is excellent for holding frequently used condiments. However, the outside door is not recommended for milk or other open containers that have short expiration dates or shelf lives. The adjustable shelves are accommodating. The double ice maker is great for those of us who used a lot of ice. I love the indoor ice and water dispenser. One must be careful not to push the water dispenser with the cup under the separate ice dispenser. You'll only do it once. ;o) The drawers inside keep everything available and at your fingertips! The freezer drawer has an inner upper shelf with the 2nd icemaker. The lower part of the freezer drawer holds more food than our old side-by-side. This is a top of the line investment that has added a "remodeled look" to an otherwise boring kitchen. We cannot comment on customer service as we have not had to contact anyone regarding issues with the appliance. My wife and I highly recommend this model to enhance your lives!

FREEZER STOPPED WORKING!!!!!

2 Year old unit. freezer could never maintain temperature, therefore causing bottom ice machine to not work. Now freezer completely not working. Very sad product.

great icemakers

and it leaked water also. Neither of them could not keep up with my wife and I needs for ice(ice tea for 2). I then bought a LG with dual icemakers. NO LEAKS AND PLENTY OF ICE. We love the LG.

Its so quiet you don't even know its there. The ice crusher in the door is pretty awesome, and the amount of light inside is incredible you can see everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this frig in Dec 2016 and it has worked flawlessly ever since. I have ice maker hooked up to RO and the ice is clear and functions great without adding tank pressure, however I may add 10 pounds total to the RO tank. Door in Door feature is great saves energy when I need condiments.
