Have been using the default factory settings for both refrigerator and freezer and food is being kept perfectly fine. The door-in-door feature is working well, milk and other items kept in easy access door are keeping cod as if they were kept in the main compartment. Very satisfied with the product. Have already recommended this to several friends that are in the market for new refrigerators, and they are currently looking into purchasing one from the LG line.

We like the capacity and the drawers in the French Door style. The door within a door is nice to grab drinks quickly. I love the dual ice-makers. The finish is easily cleaned and wiped. So far it has been a good buy. My only complaint is that it is much loader than my previous refrigerator. We can hear it much more audibly.

So when we were looking at different french door fridges, I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the separate function for the ice and water. I was used to having to push a button to switch from ice to water. Let me just say....it is my favorite feature! I also love the second ice maker.
