Great refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago but just got it into my home this week. I bought it as a floor model, so it did not have the option of having it installed. Thus, we had to figure out how to get the doors off of it to get it through my door and into my kitchen. The manual had fabulous instructions for disconnecting the doors, and it worked perfectly. It is a truly beautiful appliance and the features are so cool, no pun intended:) I absolutely love this refrigerator and will reccommend LG to everyone I know.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The previous refrigerator we had was a French door with the pull out drawer so we knew we wanted French doors. While this does not have the exterior pull out snack drawer we do love the "snack" door. This allows us to get to items we frequently use and not only should save on energy, but also save the door hinges! The second ice maker (which we hadn't been looking for) is nice to have and we especially like that the ice cubes are the more traditionally shaped squares rather than the long skinny shape. I know, it's the little things right? Lastly, while we lost some door space in the left door, we gained tons of shelf space with the ice maker being inside the door rather than on the top shelf. Manufacturers don't make things like they used to and gone are the days of a reasonably priced refrigerator lasting you 20 years, but as long as this gives me at least 10 years, I'll consider it worth the investment.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refigerator 2 years ago when I bought my house. I love the features and space. However the reason I only gave 4 stars was that 2 years from the date of purchase the entire cooling system failed. Thankfully I had purchased an extrended warranty.

We have this new LG refrigerator for about a little over a month. Nice size and space. I like the dual ice makers and the door in door feature. It is a little louder than our last LG frig, but hopefully this one will last longer than our last LG.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dual ice makers... a plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received delivery of my new LG. Love the features, dual ice makers, door in door for quick access to frequently needed items. Great space in and out.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most refrigerators I looked at had the water & ice recessed and so you would touch a button to go from water to ice, vice versa. On the LG you had to move your container from ice or from water to get either one??? 'young' family members did not understand until explained. Thus if they had their container in the ice location and pressed the water... There was a mess and or floor damage to clean/fix?? Poor design.. Everything else good, but only 4 stars because of the water/ice design.
