[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most refrigerators I looked at had the water & ice recessed and so you would touch a button to go from water to ice, vice versa. On the LG you had to move your container from ice or from water to get either one??? 'young'
family members did not understand until explained. Thus if they had their container in the ice location and pressed the water... There was a mess and or floor damage to clean/fix??
Poor design..
Everything else good, but only 4 stars because of the water/ice design.

Great frig

Have had zero problems, except magnets don’t stick and we have tried everything to get finger prints off...nothing works. Next time we will get black. But otherwise we absolutely love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator about 3 weeks now and we just love it. I've seen a few of the reviews about the ice tasting foul. However, if you follow the advice and drain off a few gallons of water from the water dispenser, that should clear out the problem, then just get rid of the 1st few batches of cubes from above and below. We love having two ice makers and we always have plenty of ice for visitors during happy hour!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator/freezer for over four months and have been very happy with it. The first time I've had a bottom drawer freezer and love it! The special features are very convenient: the shelf that slides back so tall bottles can fit, the door within a door is great for often used items, and the bottom drawer of fridge that has a temperature selection for produce or meats. The drawbacks are when new, needing to flush the water dispenser extensively to have water that tasted good, and the doors don't automatically close, even if a couple of inches from closing. But overall, we've been happy with it.
