Do not buy this frig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Fridge 2 or 3 yrs ago and they have had to change the compressor 2x and I am still having coolin issues.
Pros: Style/Design

Concept was beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, I bought this unit 3 years ago and I have loved it although I realized that over time I was unable to reach items that were high and deep in the back of the fridge but I eventually learned to use a "reacher" to obtain things that I needed high on the top shelf and towards the back.
However, to my extreme disappointment in just under 3 years the compressor decided to completely shut down and you folks were unable to find any repairmen that would come and fix this "unfixable" product. I have been without a fridge now for 3.5 weeks and am still being delayed in getting this unit refunded. Even with the 3 year extended warranty I bought at the time of the purchase. I think you folks spent a lot of time designing this product and making it beautiful for the customer but didn't really reach a quality standard on the workings or machine inside the unit. I am so beyond disappointed and without a fridge to use. When I purchased this unit I really thought I had bought an amazing fridge and thought it was the top of the line of fridges but now I wouldn't buy a LG product to save my soul. At the same I bought the fridge I bought an LG dishwasher and within a year of this purchase I had to have a repair come out and replace the "mother" board in it!! That is enough LG for me!!!

Large capacity with good feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it until the cooling went out and couldn't get it to be fixed over a week. The features of the refrigerator is great! You don't have to open full door to get the drinks out easy control of the temperture, two drawers of freezer, extra ice maker in freezer and so on. There are so many good feature, just bad cooling system. However, after it is fixed all good now.

Had one issue with it not staying cold but called LG and they sent out a service tech the next day and fixed the issue. Nothing wrong with this frig. I'd recommend this one to anyone. All my friends like the design also.

The inner door assembly on the right side
