[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge came with the house we bought. 1 month after we bought the house the fridge stopped working. The cooling piece of the fridge went out, which is nice that it was under warranty. The tech came out and fixed it quickly. The only thing that I don’t like is the door on the inside of the right side door sometimes does not latch correctly and it opens up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

In that time, we've had to manually defrost the freezer four times and the compressor died just a three months ago. LG was very responsive in making all the necessary repairs. Despite the problems, I still love the refrigerator.

Spacious , flex draw is good

Nice features but disappointed in compressor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for the awesome features. So many people have commented how nice it was to have the "hidden door". However, after only a year and a half the compressor went out and it was like pulling teeth to get it fixed! With many HOURS and days on the phone we finally got through to the company, got it fixed and are able to enjoy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was disappointed because compressor failed while I was out of town. All food, including food in freezrer and refrigerator had to be discarded. I believe the product is flawed which is probably why it is discontinued.
