Great room bad on time for replacement parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our refrigerator and the handles and freezer for were visual damaged. The parts will take 1-3 months to replace. This is disappointing. The organization and layout is great! The knock on our door also has to be fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 3 years ago when we moved into our new home. It fit perfectly in the space designed for it. It ran very well and provided all we needed until it stopped running. We had to have the compressor replaced after being without it for a week waiting for our appliance warranty approval and repair man to schedule the repair. Since the replacement compressor was installed it ran "like a new one." According to the nicest repair man you could want, he installed a better compressor than the one that came with it.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings

Struggle with cooling system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator worked well for some time. Then the ice maker stopped; then the freezer wasn't working; then we realized the refrigerator wasn't cooling. We've been without a working unit (the lights and water filter DO still work) for over a month now, and technicians have to order parts before we can get it working again. Apparently, the compressor doesn't work for modern life: It requires more space for ventilation, and LG doesn't seem to be improving the part. Disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did quite a bit of research, each family needs are different, for our needs, this fits perfect, the double door is a great feature to organize our needs. The fridge has been solid, the one time engine had an issue, that after 3 years, unknown why failed, LG sent service to have this replaced as part of the guarantee. I am always considering LG first for any of my home appliances.
