I’ve had two compressors go bad and it doesn’t make ice most of the time. The software got updated and it made ice for a little bit. I also bought your gas double oven at the same time and 60% of the time the doors lock on it and I’m not able to get my food out.

This refrigerator was purchased by the previous owners of our home and unfortunately we were the ones stuck with the compressor failing after 2 and a half years, leaving us without a refrigerator for a week and a half right around the holidays.

I was told by a local repair guy it was to much to fix. After going out shopping, I told my wife, we can’t find anything we like so let’s repair ours. Thank you so much for fixing the issue. We love our unit and your service.

But LG honored my 5 year warranty and came out and fixed it promptly. I was very happy with the service. But i feel a refrigerator should not break down after 5 years.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator since 2018. The second door in door feature for beverages is the best! We did have a compressor go out in year 5 but was covered by the LG warranty which is a 10 year warranty. They came and fixed it for free and gave us a stipend for lost food! In all I still love the many features of this model.
