We had a very nice young man come out a week later and put all new innards in, and now it's even quieter than it was before. It's a really good fridge and he was a really good repair guy.

Then it took 5 days to get a technician to fix it, so we had to move all our food to another place. Other than that, we have loved this refrigerator.
